A Virtual Operations Centre for overall management, coordination, and control of intelligent infrastructures of modern agriculture will be built in the work package WP3.3 of the National Research Program “Intelligent Agriculture”. The Operations Centre will be deployed and will operate at three levels – local, regional, and national. For the realization of the centre an integrated technology will be developed based on artificial intelligence enhanced with the capabilities of the Internet of Things, Cyber-Physical-Social Systems and Big Data. The interaction of agricultural operators with the Virtual Operations Centre will be supported by personal intelligent assistants.

• Development of a general architecture of the center.
• Design and prototype implementing of various components for analysis and decision making – presentation of knowledge in the field of agriculture, 3D and semantic modeling (soil, air, climate, plant physiology, developmental stages), machine learning technologies (including deep learning), technologies for cross reality (virtual, augmented).
• Design and prototype implementing of personal assistants supporting the operators of intelligent agricultural applications and systems.
